Our Policies

DEPOSITS

In order to get scheduled into the books, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit a the time the appointment is made. This deposit can be made by calling the shop at (605) 360-0001 or by stopping by the shop in person for payment. If you attempt to call for a deposit and no one is available to answer the phone, please leave a voicemail with your name and phone number and we will call you back at our next availability.

Any discussed opening or available times to get scheduled in will not be made official until the deposit is placed.

CANCELLATIONS

We require at least a 72 hour notice when needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment otherwise you will lose your deposit.

In case of a valid last minute emergency, your artist may honor your original deposit placed and reschedule the appointment for a later date that works with both artist and clients schedule.

NO CALL NO SHOW

There is a 30 minute grace period for after your appointment is scheduled to begin. If you arrive later than the provided grace period previously stated, your artist can refuse to tattoo you as you will be considered a no call/ no show.

NUMBING CREAM

Here at the shop, we do not provide or use any brand of numbing cream. If you wish to apply numbing cream for your tattoo session, it will be at your own risk and our artists are not liable if there is a reaction to the cream. If the artist sees that there has been a reaction to the skin before the tattoo begins, they have the right to refuse to tattoo the affected area.

If you are wanting to use a numbing cream for your session, we highly recommend a patch test before the day of your appointment.

MINORS

In order to tattoo minors (16 and 17 year olds), the following requirements must be met:

A biological parent must be physically present for the tattoo
Both parent AND minor must have photo IDs
In addition to the photo IDs, the minors birth certificate must also be provided so that we can track the provided ID back to the birth certificate
